Cardiva, a Spanish company specializing in the distribution of medical technology, ended 2025 with a record turnover of 140.7 million euros, as a result of its commitment to international expansion and the development of new business lines. This figure represents a 34 % increase in turnover compared to 2024, when it stood at 105 million euros.

This past year was marked by the consolidation of Cardiva Portugal, the acquisition of 100% of the Italian company IQ Medical and the incorporation of the Digestive and Urology area into the Interventional division.

In addition, the results show an improvement in the performance of all the company’s other divisions: Interventional Cardiology, Pain Management, Clinical, Neurovascular, Traumatology and Vascular, Endovascular and Cardiac Surgery.

Social commitment through sport, health and solidarity action

Throughout 2025, the company has developed an intense Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity focused on supporting social, sporting, cultural and humanitarian initiatives related to people’s health and well-being. During this period, Cardiva collaborated on more than fifteen projects in different areas, as part of a way of understanding the company as connected to its environment and attentive to the social needs closest to it.

Sport has been one of the pillars of our social commitment, through support for initiatives related to rowing, grassroots soccer and cycling, disciplines aimed at promoting healthy lifestyle habits. In the same vein, Cardiva has supported other challenges linked to physical exercise and overcoming obstacles, such as that of Luis Bárcena, an open water swimmer who completed the Channel crossing, and Carrera HUCA 2025, which brings together sport and health awareness, involving health professionals, patients and citizens.

Direct help for those in need

During this period, Cardiva paid special attention to the consequences of the DANA that affected the Valencian Community, collaborating with the Vicente Ferrer Foundation in a solidarity initiative linked to the Carrera de la Mujer (Women’s Race). This action made it possible to channel support to the people affected by the storm, reinforcing our commitment to emergency situations and social needs within our own country.

The company also collaborated with the Menudos Corazones Foundation in the #MenudaGalleta initiative, a charitable initiative that turned the participation of CSC Congress attendees into direct support for children with congenital heart disease and their families.

Another noteworthy action was the participation in Mensajeros de la Paz‘s “Llena sus mochilas de ilusión” (Fill your backpacks with illusion) project, aimed at providing school supplies and basic resources to minors in vulnerable situations.

Culture and international cooperationIn thecultural field, Cardiva has supported projects such as the Cristóbal Balenciaga Foundation and the reissue of the Oteiza Museum guide, understanding culture as an element that contributes to social cohesion and access to knowledge.

Internationally, the company continued its collaboration with Africa Directo and the Alliance for Childhood Vaccination, helping to improve access to vaccines in countries with fewer resources and supporting health programs in particularly vulnerable contexts.

“At Cardiva, we believe that our responsibility as a company is not limited to our daily activity. It implies being present when needed and supporting initiatives that respond to concrete needs,” they say. With this line of work, Cardiva is consolidating in 2025 a way of understanding CSR based on coherence with its activity and its social commitment.
